All of the businesses in our directory are home-based business owners, and by shopping here you’re supporting small solopreneur businesses around the world. Each business handles their own transactions, return policies, and terms of use on their own selling platforms, and being listed in the directory is not an endorsement of the business by the Artisan Shopping Directory. The Directory itself doesn’t handle transactions or customer service, and is not affiliated with any of the individual businesses listed here unless it’s our own shop.

Each member business handles their transactions separately. This site has no financial gain in their sales, and gets no fees or payment from the individual shops’ sales. We’re not an ecommerce middleman, we don’t process payments for products on this site, and all of the purchases are handled by the artist you’re purchasing from.
