There are a lot of decorations that you can use for a fall-themed baby shower, and depending on whether you have it inside or outside, you can take advantage of nature for part of your decor.
You can also use the decor as a double for party favors in some cases.

Use mini pumpkins or painted pumpkins as table centerpieces. You can attach guests’ names to the stems and use them as placecards if you’re having a luncheon or dinner.
Fall leaf garlands and mantle decor.

Drape plaid or knit blankets or autumn-colored quilts over seating areas for a cozy touch. You can also provide pashminas in autumn shades for guests to use during the party if it’s outdoors, then they can take them home as a party favor.
Candle lanterns.
Use lanterns with candles or fairy lights to create a warm, inviting glow for an outdoor party. These are pretty easy to make, especially if you can get a bunch of mason jars to use as the main decor element.

Fill mason jars with sunflowers, mums, or fall foliage for an autumn feel. Use artificial flowers so that you don’t have to worry about them wilting!
Apple baskets.
Place baskets of apples around the space, doubling as decor and a snack. Give guests a bag to take some home.

If the weather is cool and you have a firepit available, decorate around it with fall decor and gather the guests to watch for fireflies as the sun goes down.

Guess the fall baby food.
