These are the templates that I use to print out for keeping track of passwords, suppliers, etc. for my home-based business. I update them about once every 6 months to get rid of things that are outdated.

You can have these for free, but if you’d like to make a donation in exchange, you can donate to the organization where I get my cat supply (CARE Cats.) They’re a local cat rescue, and they can always use donations, no matter how small. Alternatively, you can donate to a local animal shelter in your area, since they often get overlooked when people donate to the large national groups instead.
